- Develop and implement strategic plans and programs to meet the behavioral health needs of the community - Oversee the budgeting process for social services programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of social workers and support staff - Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to enhance service delivery and promote partnerships - Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness to drive continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the provision of social services - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in behavioral health Skills:
