The ideal candidate will have experience working in property management, or other administrative fields.
- Answering phone calls and emails - Scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Greeting clients and potential clients - Order entry and clerical work - Filing and organizing documents - Project coordination - Taking lockboxes, signs, and keys to properties.
- Opening doors for tenants and handymen.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Proficient in Google Suite and other office software - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Attention to detail This is a part-time position with competitive pay.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
