00 Duties:
- Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries - Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs - Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers - Ensure that all floral arrangements are fresh, visually appealing, and meet customer specifications - Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies - Process customer orders and payments using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of different types of cut flowers as well as silks.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills to create unique and visually appealing arrangements - Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations - Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
