Description/Job Summary
FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE - MUST HAVE A CURRENT DoD SECRET CLEARANCE (ONLY APPLICANTS WITH CLEARANCE WILL BE CONSIDERED)
Responsibilities/Duties
Be mentally alert at all times
Must have good reading, report writing, and comprehension skills
Writing or printing must be legible
Good communication skills to accurately report incidents to the Post Supervisor
Good public relation skills
Be able to lift small/medium objects
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to climb and descend stairs
Security Officer must be a Murray Guard approved driver to drive the client's automobiles
Must have a clear understanding and knowledge of company policies and procedures
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Foot patrol of interior and exterior areas of assigned locations
Observe and report suspicious activities and persons
Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports
Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
As a condition of employment, successful applicants with Murray Guard, Inc. must submit to and pass a drug test and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
